I’m 60 and working out life and the future as I’ve returned to Medway. Been a rough few years and I’ve lost friends and family … but God is good and I’m still passionately in love with Jesus! I believe God has a plan even for an old bloke like me.
I must stress the postings on this site are my own and don’t necessarily represent the views of any company, church or organisation that I may be working with.
I am also a fan of both Gillingham and Liverpool FC. Due to now needing to work nearly every Saturday I am no longer a Gills season ticket holder, but I have managed to attend a couple of games at Anfield the last two seasons. I would walk 500 miles for the wonderful friends and family I have, for good coffee, for great whisky, for beautiful rum ….. and maybe for a few other little gang members of the past.
I can now call myself a runner as over the last couple of years I have managed to run 5k three times a week for most of the time. I have also run 10k twice and my latest time was 65 mins … not bad for an oldie! I have one more 10K race to run as I wish to raise money for The Samaritans to say ‘thanks’; as without them I just might not be here. As we get closer to the time (9th Nov. 2025) sponsorship details will be posted on the blog.
Oh yes … and in case you missed it the first time …. I must stress the postings on this site are my own and don’t necessarily represent the views of anyone apart from myself! So .. just my own personal rambling thoughts then!!

Hi! I just wanted to say, I don’t believe in christmas (it’s pagan) but I do believe in the Messiah, the Anointed Savior, Jesus the Christ, or Yahshua Hamashiach, thank you Lord for your blood which you shed for me and all who believe. Oh, and I teared up at the picture you posted, he indeed was a little Bl@ck baby boy. Color matters. The ancient Hebrews and all those in that region of the world at that time (Egypt, Middle East, etc) were what we in America would call “Bl@ck” today, I know it shouldn’t matter, but it does. Thank you that image of the Messiah is so powerful indeed. I downloaded it, printed it out and my children colored it and its hanging on our wall today. Bless you.
