I’ve had a googlemail (@gmail)account for a little while which seems to be ok.
I don’t know what others’ experiences of gmail are … but so far so good!

I have a gmail account which is GREAT, I use it as an alias to stop companies from sending me spam nd I was surprised to see that googlemail was better at keeping spam out than symantec that I spend 45 quid a year on. When and if you get your mac you should get a .mac account they are even better! Do you get free webspace with your account?
