Didg day!

It’s arrived! My long awaited didgeridoo arrived very well wrapped. It was very cheap and as an added bonus it works! It did not take long to generate the well known drone sound; its faily easy – even the children can do it!

People that visit for BBQ’s now beware – you may be expected to play a tune before we let you leave.

An exciting day for me and the kids … a puzzling day for the neighbours as they wonder whether they have woken in the Australian outback!

  1. I do remember in the mid 1990s a short phase of the didgeridoo being cool when used in worship, I think Soul Survivor even had a didg player in their band. Or maybe I’ve just been watching too much Rolf Harris?!

  2. mmmm Rolf – well he was always cool – I hear he got people interested in the Guildford music festival this weekend!Lucy – I’m working onn the worship front – but I don’t think they will let me sit cross legged in a circle of candles with incense while I drone on with the didg!
