wondering

are

caressing,
the assurance of that gift
The Architect moving in
Pitching with us
inviting
us
to
sit
awhile …

hoping,
the day will arrive
when this pause perfectly exhales
renewing nativity
calling
us
to
bear
beside

but for now

we wait
