I had a very special end to the day today.

Tom and I assembled an IKEA desk together for our new room. It was great to take a bit of time when he came home from school and before we had dinner to work on this together. It was good just to chat and laugh at things together with just the two of us being in the house.

The room looks great – but Tom and I know that we needed each other to do that desk!
